Jon Sullivan was born and raised in Florida. He served as a firefighter paramedic for 8 years, dedicated to serve his communities. Being an active part of the community raised his passion to work in the real estate industry and continue helping people to pursue their dreams.

Jon began in the wholesale realm working with investors and was the Wholesale Acquisition Manager for a year while also learning the solar industry for renewable energy options for my clients’ options.

His specific areas of expertise include luxury homes, large multi-family properties, and commercial property. Jon attends Bayside Community Church. He also enjoys traveling to new destinations, spending time with family and friends, and enjoying the beauty of our local beaches.
